Regardless of the fact that the most that Bush did was to write a book, he did have a point that was registered somewhere in the mind of a human being that then decided to set up things like the internet, this is an extension f the mind's power and being able to blog, is also another way for the mind to use its ability to its fullest and express itself.

NMP also tells us that with the internet, there is a continuous communication process between the client and the server.
