Introduction

Here you all are to find out more about the uniqueness of NMP. Now this is probably the time when you wonder what NMP stands for. In full, it is Networked Media Production.

Networked Media Production has gotten to be known as the future for website designers, film producers, video producers, writers, musicians, etc, and how it is possible to take advantage of the new and improved ways of social networking. This has enabled all of us to promote our works of art using the variety of technologies that have been made accessible to us on the internet.

Now here comes some information that will thrill you, the fact that other people are using a network makes it useful, and this is called the Network Effect.

In 1945, a man, (or atleast i think this is a male name) called Vannevar Bush wrote a book entitled "As we may think". In the book he urged the scientists to make it more accessible our bewildering store of knowledge. This man is amazing, how he managed to write a whole book emphasising how people should think abit more. The question is, why didn't he start off and atleast give them a head start. (I am presuming that you know what I mean-wink-)

He then goes ahead to say that there have been technologies that have developed the physical powers rather than the powers of the mind. Regardless of the fact that the most that Bush did was to write a book, he did have a point that was registered somewhere in the mind of a human being that then decided to set up things like the internet, this is an extension f the mind's power and being able to blog, is also another way for the mind to use its ability to its fullest and express itself.

NMP also tells us that with the internet, there is a continuous communication process between the client and the server.

This is all for now...for more intriguing information about NMP, keep track of what comes next on this wonder blog!
